Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
This is the Shadowrocket website and official guide. These terms apply when you visit this site, read its instructions, or follow them. Please read them before use.
1. Website Content and Scope
This site provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, importing configurations, routing traffic with rules, and troubleshooting. The guide explains how to use the app; it does not replace the App Store’s transaction terms, system authorization prompts, or in-app instructions. Refer to the App Store listing for pricing, compatibility, system requirements, and whether the app supports Universal Purchase.
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms. Its guides focus primarily on iPhone and iPad, and the App Store is the only place to get it. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118. See our guide to verifying the genuine App Store listing. Payments, delivery, and refunds are governed by the applicable App Store rules.
A one-time purchase of the app is not a service plan for network access. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscription services. Instructions for importing configurations and connecting assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. You are responsible for verifying that the relevant service is valid and that you are authorized to use it.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those relevant to your activities, as well as the rules governing the networks, devices, and services you use. Do not use Shadowrocket or this site’s content for unlawful purposes, violate anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights, or disrupt the normal operation of networks or information systems.
You must ensure that you are authorized to use any imported server, subscription, or Config, and understand how it handles your traffic. Do not share configurations containing account credentials, subscription links, or personal information. Before changing settings by following this guide, save your existing configuration. On managed devices, confirm which settings your organization allows; do not bypass its management requirements.
3. Availability and Limits of Liability
The app is sold through the App Store. Its listing, purchase eligibility, payment status, and restoration of purchases are subject to App Store rules and your account status. This site does not guarantee that the app will work on every device, network, or service, or that every instruction will apply to every interface state. If something differs, check the interface you see before proceeding. Do not repeat actions that could overwrite your configuration.
Connection results depend on factors including your network, server status, DNS, rules, and system settings. This site makes no guarantees about connection success, speed, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for availability issues, data loss, or indirect losses resulting from following instructions, changing configurations, service interruptions, or device issues. Keep necessary backups and assess the risks before taking action.
Nothing above excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation, or diminishes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. App purchases and related disputes are governed by the App Store rules and laws applicable at the time of the transaction.
4. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer and the respective rights holders. This site uses the official app icon, interface labels, and product information to identify the product and provide its official guide. Reading this site or purchasing the app does not transfer any rights in the trademark, app, or other protected content.
When quoting the guide, retain attribution and necessary context. Do not remove rights notices, misrepresent the conditions for an operation, or imply that the person quoting it has additional authorization. Use of this site’s content must not infringe the rights holders’ legal rights. Obtain the relevant permission before copying, adapting, or distributing content beyond what the law permits.
5. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
These terms may be revised to meet legal requirements or reflect changes to the services or documentation. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes affecting users’ rights or responsibilities will be accompanied by appropriate notices on relevant pages. Changes do not affect rights users have under applicable law and do not automatically apply retroactively to transactions already completed.
Review this page before continuing to use the site. If you do not accept the applicable terms, stop using its content. For questions about using the app, see the FAQ or tutorial. When describing an issue, remove subscription links, passwords, and personal information. Include only your device environment, the steps you took, and the error you encountered so the cause can be identified.
